Gunsmith in GTA for 11mm french to .45 ACP conversion

Hello,

I'm trying to find a gunsmith to convert an antique french 1873 in 11mm french to .45 ACP. I'm located in the GTA so that would be helpful. I'm trying to get it converted to .45 ACP as its easier to find ammunition (not high-powered FMJ stuff, wolf SWC rounds work great) and reload for. Anyone got any leads?
