Gunsmith recommendation: re-chambering new bergara 22-250 to 22-250AI

Looking to get a new unfired Bergara hmr in 22-250 cut to A.I. 40 degree version, any recommendations for a smith with reasonable turn times?

Bob Galloway custom gunworx, Rod Henrickson Edmonton(will be the fastest likely but not cheapest, work will
be quality). Sure there are many more capable also but these are two I can recommend off the top of my head.
