Gunsmith to adjust Beretta double trigger

I have a Beretta Silver Sable O/u double rifle with double triggers. It is based on the 689 20 ga. action. I need the weight of pull adjusted, front trigger now releases at a light but crisp 2 lbs. and the rear trigger about 3. I need to increase weight of pull to 3.5 & 4 lbs. because I hunt with this rifle while wearing gloves. Triggers are not adjustable as far as I can see. It would require filing, stoning and testing, very fussy work. Is there an experienced and skilled gunsmith in Canada who can do this for me? Last time I sent a double rifle down to the USA to J.J. Perodeau but the shipping and permits etc. is way too expensive. I don't want to send my rifle to just anybody, so who do you suggest?

Precision Arms in Ontario does a lot of Beretta warranty work, and specializes in break action shotguns and rifles. It would be worth calling them - at least they could tell you if what you propose is feasible.
