Gunsmith to fix a broken off Mauser bolt handle

I've got a model 96 Mauser that had the bolt handle broken off.

Anyone know a gunsmith that can weld it back on properly? Preferably tig and obviously with the proper heat sinks.

I'm afraid to ask how you managed that!

It must have been a previously welded handle. The 96 bolt is a one piece forging, you would have to try really hard to break it.
