The Lanz gunshop at Silverdale has a local gunsmith that they call out to do work. I'm told he does good work but forgot his name. You can always call the shop to find out.

There's also SC Gunworks up in Markham. I only stumbled on it by accident. The owner, Stelios Chrysochou, used to do gunsmith work WAY WAY back when Hallams was around!
