Can you guys tell me of a good stock refinishing guy preferably in Ontario. Im looking to fix up a damaged stock. Appreciate it!

H.H.B;)

Do it yourself. Paying to have it done would likely cost more than the firearm is worth. There are lots of book, but wood is wood. Refinish stock wood the same way you do fine furniture and with the same products.

I have re-finished a stock in the past and its really not that hard..like sunray said its the same as doing furniture.. I used about 10 coats of varnish ans she looked and still looks great!!! If you still don't want to do it yourself look for someone near you that re-finishes furniture im sure they would do it for you.

Contact Sendero, he is on the board, he is very close to to the Ontario border on the quebec side. He would be willing to help you out if your not in for the work.
