H 5010 Loads???

Any one have loads for H5010 other than .50bmg. I am going to try 7mm mag.

I would think that there are much better powders for the 7mm Rem mag than this one. This is a very slow burning powder suitable for the largest case / bore ratio calibers. In most others you just can't get enough in the case to get top vel

Side note: these loads are max in my rifles.For use in other rifles they should be reduced and worked up.

Thanks, I got H5010 powder and 35 brass for 5.00 ; I have a 375 Rum but no loads listed for it.

For 7mmRem Mag, good powders are

RL19
RL22
RL25
H1000
4831SC

5010 is too slow to be a good powder, but a case full will shoot any bullet at plinking speed.

I have loaded both the 264 Win Mag and the 7mm STW with H5010 with good results.
With it in the 264, I could reach 3200+ with the 140 Partition [26" barrel]
In the 7mm STW I got 3300 with the 160, and 3175 with the 175 [27" barrel]
In my experience, some lotsof H5010 were a bit quicker than others. Dave.
