For those of you looking for CENTER FIRE reloading kits from H&C I have (somewhat) good news:
The latest update from France has H&C applying for an export license for each shipment of center fire reloading components leaving the country. Prospective buyers need to provide a valid import permit from their home country before the French will entertain issuing an export permit. This all takes time, as French bureaucracy rivals that of the UK and Canada - I guess we learned from the "best"...
Long story short, I CAN ONCE MORE IMPORT ALL RELOADING KITS AND COMPONENTS FROM H&C, however it will take time. A trickle of 41 LC kits, bullets and reloadable cartridges, as well as .44 Russian, .450 Webley, 7.5mm Nagant and 11mm M1873 French are either already here, or on their way. Check my website frequently to find what is available.

Rim fire kits and components are not affected by this regulation and you can still purchase them from H&C directly. (cheaper than buying from me...)
