WSS seems to have as many in stock as any one else although I'm waiting for a back ordered .314 to come in. If you can't get an exact nose punch you can adapt a nose punch of approximate size with quick setting gas tank epoxy repair material. Available from Can Tire.
I had more problems getting nose punches than dies so finally had a machinist turn me a bunch of blank nose punches for various calibers with a simple bore out in the nose. Most of my nose punches are now epoxy adapted for specific bullets and overall I would say they work better than factory specific punches with no bullet marking and certain centering provided you think to make an index mark on the punch.
It's a simple matter to scrape out the epoxy and redo it for a different bullet in the same caliber.
