Even though it's already sold, yes they come factory with a threaded barrel. 16x1mm Right hand threading (metric equivalent of 5/8x24), which is opposite thread pitch of all their other threaded barrels. Therefore getting muzzle accessories is a little more difficult.

HK has several handguns that come factory with the threaded barrels, the USP Tactical (9mm, .40 and .45 although the .45 is by far the most common), the USP-compact tactical as well in .45.
