H&k sl7

Ok, I finally bought my first H&K! It's a 19" SL7 & I hope someone can put me on to a spare mag or two. I've search the usual spots on the net with no luck. Can anybody help me? Is there another mag that will fit? Is there one easily modified to work?

Good luck finding any accesories for these older H&K Canadian imports! I have a H&K model 630 wich is a 223 Rem, a hunting model of the SL7 SL6 series, especially imported into Canada with 19' barrels to be non restricted. I have been looking for a extra magazine for mine, a US big box gunstore makes one 4 shotter but won't sell to Canadians!!! There is a H&K website for just used parts, try there, you may get lucky, cherrs Dale Z!

Nice find there DWE. IIRC they were listed as 18.7" barrels back in the 80s and listed as the 'Canadian Model". Good luck with finding mags, otherwise you have a very rare and beautiful carbine for Deer. I'm somewhat jealous. Those were pricey 25-30 years ago, I can only imagine how much you chucked.
