New toy on the way so while I wait I am hoping some more knowledgable folks here can help me out.

Accessories.

Where do I get:

Holster. Want kydex like the molle RTI G-Code I run on my plate carrier. Advice?
Mags. Best way to get extra mags.
Thread Protecter. I know Storm Lake has them but what is the thread on the barrel?
Night Sights. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say Trijicon?

Any other cool stuff?

So I am the only one in Canada with this pistol and no one else has ever tried buying accessories for one? Wow. Guess it will become a safe queen due to rarity....
 
Wolverine supplies sourced the thread protector, Trijicon night sights, GG&G light rail adapter, Biachi Holster and extra magazines for me. No longer have the pistol and gave all the stuff away with the gun sale.
 
I have the regular USP 45, lots of connections in the US for HK stuff. I have a Blade-Tec holster for mine. Try HKParts.net? I also run the LEM kit in mine, huge difference in the trigger. I thought about a threaded barrel for mine??? Nice piece of kit BTW, and you can't go wrong with a HK. :)

I was looking into a safariland 6004 since that was the only thing the interweb told me would fit my H&K. I want a holster I can adapt to use the G-Code RTI system since I am a huge G-Code fan boy and they don't make a dedicated holster for the CT as far as I know. I guess I could contact them about a special order.
 
It's hard to source HK parts here as it all comes through R. Nicholls. Try Optics Planet for the safariland holster,they have a very good inventory and selection, and if not, it usually ships in 2 weeks. I use/run the ALS system for all my Safariland holsters, very "slick" and modular.Good Luck.
 
Ya. The GG&G adapter is only for the Streamlight TLR-1 and runs $70. The Surefire adapter fits the X300 and runs $150. There is almost a $200 difference between the two adapter/light combos so I am torn which is better.....

the GG&G is a three piece adapter, last i heard anyway, while the surefire is only a two piece. I have the surefire with the X300 on my USPf .45 and so far its fantastic. No issues yet. I am taking a two day pistol course soon, so we'll see how it holds up.

As for optics planet, i discovered that some of the holsters made by safariland have an export ban on them. I have no idea why that is. My 6004 USP holster that allows me to run my gun holstered with light has to be shipped to my family in the states and then to me. big PITA!

Also, many holsters with the specific options are not necessarily stocked (re: mine), so i have to wait for my holster to come from safari land.

I spoke to G-Code (tacticalholsters.com) who I run for my other pistols and they said if I shipped the adapter down to them, they would custom make me a kydex holster and then ship the adapter back with the holster when complete.

So that's the way I am going to go!

Ahhh ITAR strikes again, a terrorist holster, :eek:, LOL
Kinda remains me of the ITAR scope level, I guess the US was hoping that Al Queda was going to set up there scopes so they wouldn't be level and there :sniper: would miss, who would have figured???:sok2 LOL
