Looks like you're probably in luck. HKS is showing a model that is listed for the H&R 9shot and also the Taurus 94. The Taurus is a present model.
I know that many of the local stores here in the lower mainland handle HKS speed loaders. This likely means that they'd have to order what you want. But if they have the contacts to get the HKS stuff it's simply a case of waiting a little. Perhaps start by emailing the local shops down this way. At least I'm guessing that the stores up your way don't have anything and can't get any?
I know that Reliable and International down here handle HKS for sure. I can't say I've seen anything of any sort of speed loader at Italian. But I might have simply missed them.
