Hey guys I have been looking at the Excell Auto by H&R the price is very good and just wondering if any of you have picked one up yet and have some stories to share on how well they work.

Whats the difference between the Excell Auto and the Excell 5 Auto in terms of quality ?.

Thanks fro any helpful info :) :) .

I have had the Excell 5 Auto for a few years now. Haven't used it that much really...only put ~400 rounds or so through it. When I first got it, it would jam frequently for the 1st 50-100 rounds or so but I have not had any problems with it since then. Seems to work quite nicely now for such an economically priced shotgun.

I'll be making an order for the Auto Excell camo version in a few days, love to hear about more experiences with this gun. Does anybody else have a better suggestion on a semi for around $400??? Thx.

I have one Nothing bad to say about it, but crappy wood stock....

keep in mind they are discontinued, so parts, which started as nearly impossible to find, are going to become even more rare...... that said, ive never seen or heard of a broken one.

if you buy, see if you are getting the remchoke version or Verona choked version

if you want a specialty choke, its easier to get aftermarket remchoke... or order from the states.
