H&R Pardner 12 gauge new 12" barrel

Here is simple math

My H&R Pardner 12 gauge got:

1) Barrel of 27,5 inches long
2) OAL is 43 inches

If i cut down the barrel to 19 inches, it stay non restricted with an inch safe for cops who can't mesure right

3) it bring down the 12 gauge to an OAL of 34,25
4) It would need a 12 inches barrel to become 27,25 OAL

QUESTION: Are there anyone producing/manufacturing H&R single shot Pardner barrel 12 inches long (or shorter than 18") ?

No, there are no 12" barrels being manufactured to my knowledge... There were configurations with 16.5" barrels.

i figured you would have found one already if it was on the market..

so I'll just go ahead and cut it down to 19"
