I've been flipping back and forth from laminated stock to fiberglass. I'm looking for a varmint stock for my Remington 700 SA. I think I've narrowed it down to the Fajen Ace Varmint or the H.S. Precision Varmint 2000 series PSV070. First of all Fajen doesnt make it anymore. And I cant find anyone who carries the HS stock. Tell me I can find these in Canada.
The H.S. has a sold aluminum block where the action is bolted to. Can this be done to a laminated stock?

Looking at the HS - should the action be glass bedded to the aluminum block. What are the chances the machining is right on?
Will it improve accuracy or is it a waste of time?
