Very nice. I noticed your mount is attached to the gas tube. Would be interested to know how stable that platform is. Would love to do the same on my SKS but have read of issues with movement as the barrel heats up. Have you tested it on range?

I put this together the night before last and have not had a chance to test it out, but I have fired a few hundred rounds
with an Aimpoint Micro T-1 on the gas tube rail and I had no issues with movement. The UltiMAK gas tube is rock solid.
