Had to renew

Locked out of my old account thanks to a password from 10 years ago, tried to contact CGN to remedy but no response so joined again and lost all my trader ratings starting new again
 
Same here and it sucks because I had an excellent trader rating (50+) all gone and so will I if we can not retrive our old accounts.
 
Well welcome back to the both of you! It is disheartening to lose the old trader rating but Im sure the old account is still there and can verify your old account,

Yes that would be me.
 
Good to have you back. I remember your trader rating as being 100% with 50 or more transactions. Feel for yah but theres been many that suffered the same fate unfortunately. Have a great holiday!! Cheers Chris
