Haenel Jaeger 9 Single Shot Rifles

Wow thats a awesome rifle, pretty sweet that you can get it in 8mm and the other euro catridges. Me likey very much, do we get a discount for saying cool moustache. LOL

They use the Jaeger tilting block system which was invented in about 1905. The same design used in the Blaser K77 AND K95 as well as the Merkel K1,K2, K3 and K4. It is also used by some european custom gunmakers. Overall a very strong breech system and one capable of excellent accuracy. As Haenel is a subsidiary of Merkel in Suhl Germany. I would anticipate that the barrels are likely high quality as well. I would be interested to see how the accuracy stands up to that of the Merkel K3 and Blaser K95, which are very accurate rifles.

Also, now that you import the Haenel Jaeger 9 single shot, and the Jaeger 10 bolt action do you have any intention to bring in the Jaeger 8.10 combination gun, or the Jaeger 8.11 over/under double rifle ?

They are fantastic. They are a very well made rifle and personally I think they are an excellent firearm for the price. Maybe after Christmas we can get a video up on those as well. If I was in the market for an excellent quality hunting rifle I would put the little extra in and get one of these over something like say a Tikka and I am a pretty big Tikka fan.

A review would be awesome and very much appreciated. They look like fantastic rifles!
 
Combination O/U guns, rifle barrel is in most popular standard calibers, .222 up to 9.3x74R over 12 ga are approx. $2,600.00. The O/U rifle is in either .30-06, .30R Blaser, 8x57IRS and 9.3x74R will run approx. $3,000.00. These would be special order only at this time, a 25% deposit required and delivery approx. 12 weeks.
