Are we doing this again guys?:D

I'm there now and will be around for the summer so let me know if you into it and I'll do some work around the range. I was planning on building a couple of new benches and target stands anyways.

You all suck.

Hey Big Ugly, all you gotta do is show up :p lol. I just read about it last night and started the plans to go right away. Booked the days off when I got into work today and I'll hit the road on the 29th. I was due for a road trip, and the long weekends of late have been getting too repetative with old friends, so it will be nice for to do something different. Although I'd have been out at our new cabin if I didn't read that Haggisfest thread. I'm guessing it will be about a 22 hour drive from here.:D I guess for you it's not the same, but some day you'll be a little closer and you'll get the chance then. For me I'm in this hole of a town for the next 27 years or until I come up with something better, but finding a job better than this one would be pretty difficult.:(

We all know you can't afford to show up because you spent so much money trying to get all those M700's to get near MOA. As is, the massage parlour you are working at now won't give you 2 days off in a row.

Happy ending= big tip!

You best be stocking up on front beads for you shotty too. :p:p:p

I can loan you a longer barrel for your 870, if we do some trap shooting.

I'm going to set up some clay games on Sunday with the club members.... some Annie Oaklies and Slaughter again... that's always fun and gets everyone shooting.

Maybe some doubles too.

he knows if Bartell shows, he might as well stay home with his crappy plastic Tikkas

The Tikkas will be well represented at Haggisfest... the gauntlet is thrown, sir! and you're lucky that Haggis himself is unavailable. I put my money on him, as long as he hasn't been into the Glenfiddich.

Naah I'm bringing my long shotgun this time :) it's a Win Mod12 12 gauge riot gun with a 20" barrel.

I still havn't fixed the front bead yet on my 14", I'll bring it anyways and a few magnum 3" shells just to keep the shooters beside my off ballance. :D

I cannot believe that someone is coming form MANITOBA!!!

Wouldn't flying make more sense?

Time wise for sure it would, but not financially. I live in northern MB, it would cost me $600 just for a return flight from here to Winnipeg, even more to Saskatoon if I went that route instead of to Winnipeg. It's about an 8 hour drive for me to go to Winnipeg, and about a 10 hour drive to the Battlefords, where the first meeting point is. Then there would be the remaining flight. Besides I love road trips, driving isn't so bad.

POPCAN, i doubt if i could get a group that small with a single shot :D
Besides, my Tikka 270 is not as good as those new lightweight plastic stocks as it's the older model M595 Whitetail with wood
This will be interesting---a great deal of pre-shoot jousting going on already:cool:
I wonder who will live up to the test and then have unlimited 'Bragging Rights' for a whole year until the next Haggisfest :)
