Edit: sorted out the trigger gremlin.
Last one is bolt doesnt remain open when last round is fired. Even though it ejects/feeds fine.

Ammo needs more umpf. Mine does that as well.
Depends on the load I'm running. Light loads faster powder vs slower powder under same bullet can create more gas to force bolt far enough to catch on BHO.
Literally few points of a grain can make difference.
So all depends on the ammo you using
