Hakko Eotech knock off

Does anyone have an opinion to share about the quality of the Hakko Eotech knock offs? My brother is looking at one for his Marlin 1895 GS and he's wondering if it will handle the recoil of a good handload.

Never used those, but Hakko builds the Super Sniper scopes for SWFA (and Tasco, back in the day), and they seem to do pretty well for most people. - dan

Are you sure you don't mean Aimpoint knockoff?

I've never heard of an EOtech knockoff... got any pics/links?

Here are some Eotech knock off's available at the Kandahar Market last weekend for $100US. They are very hard to tell from the original, unless you know what you're looking for.

Hakko has never made the Super Sniper, at least according to SWFA themselves.

There was a discussion on the swfa board not long ago about this topic. Officially the supplier of the SS is proprietary info, unofficially some of the SS's have come with a little sticker that says 'Kenko' on it, they are another optics manufacturer in Japan.

I bought a eotech knock off ebay for 55$ it look relly good but its a pos, the spacer for the quick disconnect was plastic insted of metal and broke, the lense is tainted so as soon as its a bit dark you cant see and worst of all elevation adjustment dont work! Stay away
