I had an issue where the bullet I purchased for my rifle did not perform as expected. Hard to say exactly where it originated, my rifle or the bullet. Steve at Hammer was very helpful with trouble shooting and in the end stepped up without being asked to replace the product. The service was personal, very fast and professional.
