I could not post on the want ad so I will try it here if that is OK

looking for a 40x you can go to benchrest central and look under classifieds in rimfire rifles.

go to larry cooks ads and e-mail him. ask for a 40x from the jim williams estate. you will get one o f the best 40x ever made and shot. it will cost about 1400 plus shipping and then brokerage fees.

this jim guy was the best rimfire benchrest fellow to ever buy and get guns to shoot. I own 5 and may buy some more.

Hope this meets with the approval of the administrators as this is not an ad but an answer to a question.

suhls and others can be bought out of this estate. I will display some of the Br guns in rimfire at the calgary easter show.

I keep on looking at these Suhl 150 south of the border...do you know how complicated (and how costly) it is to import such a rifle here, in Canada ?

Thanks for the info but, I would like to buy one here in country UNLESS there is a dealer that is willing to import this Remington 40-x rimfire under his ticket.

Its the remington 540 xr in .22 lr....comes with a fully adjustable stock,trigger that can be set down to 1 pound,heavy barrel and just a dream to shoot....by the way when this was on the market the price was....get this...2295.00 for it.....oh by the way its boring cause it will produce one shot holes at 50 yards day in and out...
