Hey everyone, I just noticed last week at the range my handguard catch is loose and almost comes out while shooting. Good thing I noticed it as it might have got lost. Im wondering is there anything I can do to fix this ? Or something else that can be used if I do lose it ? I went online and dont see any available anywhere. Thanks in advance

Mine comes out completely and did some searches on the net. It said to use a ball bearing and a hammer to tap it back to how it was before. However with my sks not in front of me im not sure if the whole end of the one side is completely frayed of steel to hammer back in. Anyone have to do this ?
