Hi Dudes

I'm lookin' for something that may not even exist. What I'm after is one clean burning powder that I can use for the 3 handgun cartridges I shoot so here goes.

1) .38 sp (light Target load) 158 gn SWC

2) .357 Mag (boomer) 125 gn Hollow point jacketed

3) .45 acp (target load) 200 gn SWC

I'm using Unique at the moment but it burns real dirty

Any Suggestions are most welcome

Absolutely..You can use either Titegroup or W231. Works very well in all listed. I prefer Titegroup as its a bit cleaner and powder charges are slightly less, coupled with the fact that Titegroup is less expensive(when you can find it). Data is readily available for these powders online and in print.
Good luck:)

With the cartridges and the variety of velocities you've listed, it's hard to come up with an all around powder better than Unique. It may be a little dirty, but there are lots of gun cleaning rags around.;)

Try Accurate Arms #5; a ball powder with a burn rate similar to Unique. Meters well and is clean burning. Also costs less than Unique.
