Lots have shipped and there are lots more still to go out. We sold a lot of hand guns last week and are processing them as fast as we can.

Great deals were had. Been waiting a week so far. Hope they can get through their back log of orders soon... Sucks waiting - But I know they are trying!

Ordered mine (SIG P226 Classic 22) on the 11th, and thanks to Canada Post's extending shipping hours around Christmas I received it Nov 16 (a Sunday!). Unfortunately I was away on work all work so I just got out today to try it! Absolutely love it, thanks SFRC!

Received my Alfa Proj 22 WMR, Blued with a damaged trigger guard. Looks like it would have been a nice gun. Just fired SFRC an e-mail, let's see how long it takes to make this right.

The handgun was shipped loose in a non formed foam case. I can see how damage during shipping could occur.

What did it hit in the foam case to damage it? That's how they arrive to us and how they make there voyage to Canada.

If the plastic and box aren't damaged, that's something that was missed along the way...you can't bend a trigger guard like that from being in a foam lined plastic case unless there was severe damage to the package.

Please email us the pictures and we'll get it sorted out for you.

Box and plastic case are fine. But the foam is flat and not formed around the gun, you can hear it moving around in the box if you shake it even slightly.
I did send photos in my e-mail and just posted a link to my dropbox

Thanks to Ryan and staff... Such a fine pistol for 517.00 all in, there is still great deals... JP.

The handgun was returned to SFRC and they have acknowledged receipt by indicating they are going to look at the damaged gun they sent me, that was at 6:30am MST today. Still waiting..............................

The true measure of any organizations Customer Service is not judged by how many perfect sales and shipments occur but rather how fast and effectively they fix the ones that go sideways.

So did you have an RGA number or follow their directions for shipping it back (which is usually prepaid by them).
