They are a regular mag cap and thread on just like the original ols style cap. I also recall seeing pics of a shotgun posted that had the smiley-faces on the end of a +1and +2 extension.* Cheers

I have one on my 11-87 Police,i was lucky it indexed correctly.Tried one on my

Yah I ended taking mine off due to being indexed way off, and looking stupid because of this.

My suggestion is if one is going to buy one, get the nuke symbol instead of a smiley.
