Be prepared, I am being critical here, but it is your rifle so do with as you please, take my words with a grain of salt and nothing more as I am just a farm kid and not some uber tactical high speed low drag seal team 6 type. I am just trying to offer some constructive insight!
The rails.... do you like just hanging picitinny off the rifle to add weight?

I am counting at least 4 rail segments not being used that are on your rifle.
Also curious why you have back up sights for your back up sights? You know the OEM flat top rifles come with built in back up iron sights in the rail, right?
And the most effective placement of your light will be as far forward as possible to minimize barrel shadow. Also, the best spot for a laser is in line vertically with the bore if you plan to be able to use it at various distances. So with that in mind I would try to mount it in the 12 o'clock position, as far forward as possible.
I personally would also try to stray away from the verticle grip in my opinion as well do to my weight conscious way of thinking. The lighter you set that rifle up, the more you will enjoy it IMO, but like I said, this purely just my thoughts and they really shouldn't have a baring on what you do. They are only suggestions, so don't feel the need to justify your set up to me!

Its a Tav. It looks cool either way!
