Hard Gun Cases

Been there / done that. They will simply read what is in the CATSA guide (I mean literally read verbatim what it says - locked hard case, ammo must be separate etc etc). The two Air Canada folks I spoke with were helpful but clueless on firearms.
Its CATSA that actually do the inspection (not the agent) and thats who you should talk to, specifically the SDM (supervisor in charge).

of experience anyone hauling cases with wheels and guns will meet the creator of wheels lol ... handlers can be really not so nice ...

my buddy has the double version, Its very tight and robust. Im sure the expensive other brands like nanuk and pelican are better
however too rich for what i needed at the time.
Ive taken mine up gravel roads, rifle and scope truck box, 10h drive going 60km/h max due to gravel and ruts in the yukon
and not once has this case let me down. lots of foam and very tight and secure.
If you want to ensure a use and abuse case, for the cost this cant be beat imo.
I only bought it for that type of hunt/storage/travel, I seldom use it these days due to the weight of it, however you want protection I stand by the quality.
