Has anyone else seen a 1950 Tula SKS with 2 pins through stock???

I'm working on a deal with a guy for a 1950 Tula SKS sent me pictures but it's the only one l have ever seen with what looks like 2 pins through the stock ???? Any help please greatly appreciated!!!!! I can send pics on request.Thanks Bucky

Stock was cracked.. and the pins are part of the fix??
Where ? When it was done? Who knows.
I think it takes away from any value?

It could be a stock repair. Can you see a crack on stock where extra pin is located? I also had a 50 with 2 pins located near each other. but I had a spare stock to replace it. I still have cracked one.

Laminated stock= 2 pins
Harwood stock= one pin

Do you mean wood pins or recoil crossbolts?

Forearm wood pins are generally just one, though I have seen 2 pins on a refurb or repair.

Crossbolts are always 2 on a laminate stock and generally 1 a hardwood stock

2 recoil crossbolts on a hardwood stock are an indication of arsenal refurbishment.
