Has anyone EVER experienced Jamming/stovepiping with a Smith mount?

Just wanted to see if the height of this mount totally eliminates the issue seen with the ARMS mounts stovepiping or just improves it a bit...

Stovepiping has nothing to do with the scope mount. It's got to do with the rifle. Mind you, rifles not designed for scopes can have the ejecting case hit a too low scope, mounts etc and fail to eject.

sorry thats what i meant... having the spent cartridge hit the mount and fall back in
