SmartReloader is an Italian company, selling Chinese made knock-offs of American designs.
For warranty, it has to be shipped to Italy.
I'm sure they are usable tools, and cheaper than the originals. Are they cheap enough to throw out when they give up the ghost?
The dispenser you linked to sure looks like a copy of the RCBS Chargemaster. They might be made in the same factory in China, but RCBS will definitely back it up.
Some of the copies are not well done. They make a powder measure that is a direct copy of the Lee Perfect Powder measure. One problem though, they forgot the handle. To operate the throw, you have to grab the adjustment cylinder, and hope you don't mess up the setting.
Personally, I would avoid them on principle, but if you have the money to replace it with the real thing after giving up on the copy, it might be worth the effort.
