Has anyone fit a Winchester claw extractor to a Ruger?

I’m in the process right now of fitting a Williams machined steel extractor to a Ruger Hawkeye. It fits and functions well on the bolt and in the receiver, but my Model 70 extractor is a standard and the Ruger is a magnum so that is where the modification is needed. Has anyone done this? The Ruger extractor is pretty much unserviceable as is. What a piece of junk.

Well that was easy. Modification complete, and it works extremely well.

Looks good, how much clearance is there between the bolt face and extractor?
