Just wondering who here has ordered off of Arms East before? I ordered a stripped upper with M4 feedramps last month on the 10th and its the 3rd today and still have not received anything or even gotten an email. There website still says "pending" under my login, I tried emailing them twice and have not heard back once, and the money was withdrawn from my credit card...

I love quality service...

Walt gets very busy - but he is a good guy! I had some slight delays with him as well (actually, he was in the hospital, so I cut him some slack. ;)), but overall he is very good to deal with. Email isn't the best way in my experience - give him a call.

Last christmas I ordered a complete lower from him, it only took a couple weeks. He did forget to put the flash hider on my order, which kind of pissed me off, but not a huge deal.

Email inquiries usually go un-answered for me, but I never did call when I wanted something else.
He always picks up the phone, so if you need something call and you'll get an answer :D

####ty deal...
I've said this once and ill say it again.. I don't know why companies insist on taking on business they can't handle. If you can't keep up with your orders, either don't take any more, or hire more people... it's pretty simple.

If its going to take more then a couple of business days to process the order and ship, the customer should be notified in advance.

Pretty much all the suppliers here are good, I have had the best luck with Wolverine, Questar and of course, P&D.

I would dearly love to discuss my lack of success with a certain supplier here but the managers threatened to give me the punt if I do. (Don't worry, it wasn't Arms East!)

You would think the management would take an interest in vetting the suppliers rather than making excuses for and protecting them but I suppose they need those advertising $$$. As in all things I guess it's 'buyer beware'.
