Every manufacturer will have stuff break. I once witnessed a very expensive Sako 338 bolt gun shed its bolt handle from nothing more than the bolt being opened on a cold day.

What is important is how a company handles the situation when stuff breaks.

only time i have seen parts like that brake are in extream cold or if its a cast part in really cold and damp weather.

I never used my FA either... I cant even think of a gun besides the AR that still has one.

What other design has the charging handle disconnected from the bolt carrier in such a way that you might need a forward assist to force the bolt closed?
