I am considering spending ALL of my monthly allowance for next month on one of the BC Tactical Barrel Shrouds for a Tavor. Has anyone purchased one of these? What is your opinion of the quality etc? I can buy a .223 barrel shroud for under 50.00 on Ebay so I am wondering if the additional cost of the BC tactical ones translates in to quality and is worth the 200.00.

It's a cosmetic steel tube that hides 6" or so of barrel. Only you can make the decision if that is worth $200 or $50 to you.

I bought one a couple of months ago. The quality seems to be quite good. It makes the gun look a lot better, IMO. Simply remove the existing muzzle device and locking nut, then thread on the shroud until it bottoms out. You can either use thread locker, like I did, or tighten a set screw at the rear of the shroud, which would probably leave a mark on the barrel. There's a very small gap between the back of the shroud and the front of the stock.
Whether it's worth $200 is for you to decide; for me it was.
