Has anyone run a Bushnell 4500 Elite 1-4x24 on a slug gun?

As the title suggests has anyone run a Bushnell 4500 Elite 1-4x24 on a slug gun?

or something similar ? I am curious how they handle the recoil ? I like the style and focal range of the AR style scopes for my rifled barrel on my Mossberg 500 but I just want to get some reviews first!

I have used an old Bushnell 1.5-4.5 Scopechief on my BRNO 7x57R/12GA. It never whimpered shooting 12 GA.

The FFP 1-4 bushnells are great. Like a red dot at 1x and zoomy enuff at 4.
I have the FFP on a slugger that took a buck at 115yds last year.

no red dot no german 4 maybe not the best choice for what you want to do but you give it a try and report to us.
