hastan optima mpa barrel with screw in chokes

I have an optima mpa with a fixed cylinder bore barrel. Does anyone know if there is a aftermarket barrel with srew in chokes that will fit this shotgun

Sorry, there is not.

Longer barrels for MPAs are not available. The barrel lug placement is different on their tactical/defense type shotguns versus their hunting type shotguns. Barrels are not interchangeable as a result.

I'll verify that statement. Email directly from Hatsan confirms that. Several folks have sent their barrels off to be threaded for chokes.

Threading internally gets tricky with the MP series barrels as they have external threading already...

Do you have any way of measuring the threads? Also, where did you get it?

My father-in-law found them at a gunshow. I used the part number to track them back to this Italian website. Couldn't find any elsewhere despite months of searching!
