I recently bought a Henry .22 Mares Leg here , off a great CGNutter on the EE. I tried several places in Canada to order a full length butt stock for it with no success . I went to the Henry website , and sent them an email asking them if I could buy a stock from them , or , if they could recommend a Canadian supplier.
They said they'd ship one directly to my door . 10 days later I had it in my hands.
They have great products , and excellent customer service. The stock they sent me was absolutely beautiful, with real nice wood grain . It made a sweet little carbine . I'm happy with the little rifle , and very happy with Henry's quality of service as well................. Hat's off to Henry !
 
Best CS in the business. Ten years ago, I discovered that they do custom engraved receiver covers... I wanted to get one for a Golden Boy that I had purchased for my son for his graduation... when I called, they said that there was no way that they could get it to me in time... the next day the phone rang and to my surprise it was Anthony Imperato, the CEO of Henry... he said that a sales girl had mentioned that I wanted the engraved cover for a graduation gift, he said don't worry it will get done and delivered... eight days later it was in my hands... the unbelievable part is he sent it as a "GIFT" at NO CHARGE... and in the box was also a Henry ballcap, Henry Coffee Mug and a thank-you card from Mr. Imperato thanking me for being a loyal Henry customer... I was blown away... this is not the typical penny-pinching, soul-less corporate machine that so many other firearm manufacturers have become. I sent them back a picture of my son with the rifle and a thank-you testimonial, which was on their website for a couple years.

That alone will have me looking to Henry before the others for my next new levergun purchase. Awesome stuff
 
I bought the H001L carbine a couple years ago from cabelas online. The receiver cover new in the box had a little scratch on it and cabelas was no help. I emailed Henry and asked them what they'd charge me to upgrade to a receiver cover with the saddle ring loop on it so I could correct the scratch myself and they sent it out to me at no charge with their apologies for the scratch. I'm sure some cabelas person in a warehouse was responsible for the scratch, not Henry... but they stepped right up regardless. I am a fan of Henry fro life now to say the least.

I have one of the 22 levers and really couldn't be happier with it. But I think you might have just sold me another in .357 or .30-30 Incredible story.

WOW how often do you hear of that kind of service...
 
Hmmm, I should have contacted Henry directly. I contacted the Canadian warranty provider 3 months ago about a stock that cracked at the toe. They sent me a few E-mails asking for more photos, etc., but nothing since.
 
I also have the Mares leg with the full stock and love this thing. I also purchased the Hi-Viz sights for it and was a huge improvement as I use this for Rabbits and it’s so smooth.
I own Winchester’s in 22mag and LR and it’s not as smooth as the Henry. For the money and their service they just can’t be beat
