Hatsan 125 sniper legality?

I the sniper available in Canada or even legal here?
It comes with a sound modulator muzzle break aka SILENCER!!!

Well i just got an email that a local dealer should have one early in the new year. So i guess i will just have to wait and see if its true.

If it comes with a silencer or moderator that actually works then I don't believe it could legally enter the country. There are no other pellet guns here now available with that feature. A fellow on another forum is importing Benjiman Marauders that he has to permanently alter to remove the moderator shroud before he can sell them.

I have my hopes up but not very high. Also a silencer is not going to make much difference in covering the spring noise!

The gun isn't prohibited, the silencer is. The gun is legal without the suppressor.

Model 125 Sniper are currently not imported into the country. Most likely they will be available in 2014.
Hatsan will ship them without the suppressors when they come in.
