I recently purchased a hatsan mpa-ts and took it out for a test run, we will get to that later.
After numerous slugs I noticed that 2 of the screws meant to secure the top rail were missing. I sent hatsan am email (in turkey) and they forwarded my concerns onto the importer, bell outdoors. Luc (member hp9) who promptly emailed me the next morning asked for a description of what the problem was. He was very helpful and easy to correspond with incase any of you hatsan owners were curious about who to speak to regarding warranty. A fellow from parts, mike gave me a call just to ensure that my parts would be in the mail the following morning. Inside of a week including the long weekend, my screws were in my mailbox.
Thanks Luc and Mike, now I have to find my loctite.
Now the gun, I had some concerns from reading in a few places that this gun will not cycle anything under 1200 fps, this is false. Mine cycles anything I threw at it. The very first round I fired from it stove piped, easily 150 rounds that day and other than the screws missing and one hell of a sore shoulder I am glad I took the gamble on this shotgun.
Ps, 5 year warranty on the shotgun.
To sum it up, great gun, great warranty and great guys over at bell outdoors.
