hatson MPA semi auto- your reviews

I had one for a while. I really enjoyed shooting it. It had the odd stoppage shooting light loads. Although that may have been a break in issue or the sub standard lubrication I had used early on (turned sticky, felt like glue). It generally ran excellently and always put a smile on my face.

OK! Finally got to shoot mine yesterday. Wow. Impressed. Good quality and ran flawless with 1375fps shot. Ouch! Then ran Super Target at 1200fps, much better. Slugs worked great too. Very accurate. Like the fiber optic sights. Going to try target loads but don't expect it to cycle every time. We'll see. Hope to shoot my 1st 3 gun match with it soon.

Had mine since November. I have the MPA-TS Semi auto, and have fed it all loads including buck, slugs, bird, and target/clay; over 1000 rounds without a single problem! For a sub $500 Semi, a fantastic deal!

I've had an MP-A for two years and has run flawlessly up until a couple of weeks ago. One of the lugs on the back of the locking block broke off. The gun has got to go back for warranty work. We'll now see what Hatsan's warranty is like.

Just got my gun back from Bell's warranty. Amazingly fast, and they fixed a minor issue along with the real problem. Now to take it out to the range. Perhaps to the weekly club's trap shoot, non-traditional shotguns like that tend to get the 'old Colonels' knickers in a knot.

D- should of bought a ..........................

I've owned one for over a year now...I would give it an "A"

It's an A for me.

Bought it to replace my trusty 870 (recoil is to much for my wrist now) and I've not been disappointed. It goes everywhere on the farm with me and cycles everything I've fed it. Even the rubber buckshot I bought on a whim.

Fantastic gun for the price.
