Keep them all.
I have a 300 WM and a 375 H&H Mag with my T/C Encore and will never part with either. As far as weight and recoil with the T/C Encore Pro Hunter, you have the best of both worlds with manageable felt recoil at a relatively light weight in a 28" barrel.
When it comes to hunting, having the confidence that a caliber will do the job for you will be a big factor in being a successful hunter.
