No hug, but I did take one out hunting. No luck but its only been two and a half days.

People look at my rifle a lot, I guess its not often you see people hunting with a Lee these days, especially one in full wood dress.

I was going outside today to watch the kids playing (3 and 6 years old) and i know there has been a lot of bears in the area so i ussualy leave a rifle just inside the garage in case. today i grabbed the No4Mk1* longbranch and a mag of 10 - just in case - it was a comforting feeling like a warm blanket.

I've been hugging and baby-ing 3 no1's the last month. Trying to un-Bubba them and bring them back to glory! I love the smell of linseed on walnut... smells like.... victory!

I hugged my Ishy refurb'd No. 5 on the range. Six 5-round groups at the hundred, off the bench. 1943 DI Ball. Best group was about three inches. All groups but one were under six inches. I can't wait to start reloading for this one!
