Fiochi sells it at a good price. Save the brass and reload it or get someone to reload it for you.
I was at Hallams in Toronto (about 30 years ago) rummaging around their bargain/junk box and found a box of reloaded CIL 455 for $5.00. The salesman said "The empty brass is worth more than that" so I bought it. I did not have a 455 at the time.
20 years later I was given a vet bring back Webley. I have reloaded that ammo a number of times. It is the only brass i have.
