Having a heck of a time figuriing out value of 357 Mag Winchester Trapper

Did a deal recently and received a Winchester 94 AE 357 Mag Trapper as partial payment. Passing it on to a new owner was part of the plan, but for the life of me I can't find even one for sale to get a ball park value.

Anyone give me an idea? It's in VG+++ shape...not quite new in box. It's seen at most 200 rounds.

What year is it? I almost bought one last year for $700 shipped that was btt a few times but a marlin fell into my lap. I honestly prefer the winchester but the marlin was too good to pass up. They are great guns.

Newer production, serial number is over 6,500,000. If I'm not mistaken they stopped production in 2005, probably about when it was made...comes with the super nanny safety.

I sold one about 2 years ago for $750 new in the box. I think $700 sounds about right these days. There seems to be a few more options now than there was a couple of years ago for that caliber.
