Having a problem getting assistance

I tried to use the contact us link to get some help to accessing the EE forum but when i try to contact CGN i get this message.


"Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Not sure what the deal is, why wouldn't i be able to contact the site for some help.
 
I'm no expert but I had the same problem and I needed to start from scratch and make sure you acknowledge all terms.I missed one ,can't remember which one and was unable to view EE.I was in to much of a hurry,go back and read carefully,it's probably the same thing I did.Hope this helps.

Well i tried to apply and i couldn't find the EE group with which to ask permission to join. I tried the search function and nothing would come up. I'm assuming i'm missing one little thing but havn't found out what it is. However not being able to contact the powers that be on this site for help is equally as confusing.
