HC3R stove pipe issue

I have a power customs extractor, charging handle and are shooting AE 38g hp.
I have no issues with the stock mag.
The bolt fully cycles back but always stovepipes the spent round.
Any fixes?
I'm going to try different ammo, maybe that will help?

AE is pretty light ammo. Make sure the feed lips aren't rubbing the bolt, make sure your rifle isn't over oiled now that temps are dropping.

Filing is faster. Mark the feed lips with something like a marker, thin paint etc and cycle the bolt with an empty mag inserted. Remove material where its worn off just until the bolt cycles without rubbing.

So an update, shooting edge was nice enough to do an exchange. However I still have the same problem. I've watched a few more stovepipe vids and now know the extractor is on the mag. Which makes sence because the 10 and 50 round ruger mags work flawlessly.
I played with the hc3r mag more and found the bullet doesn't eject at all when working the charging handle by hand. However if I pull back on the mag when cycling, the bullet ejects great. I haven't tried shooting while pulling on the mag but will tomorrow.
I'm guessing this lifts the magazine lips up closer to the bolt and forces the spent case to hit the ejector.
So how could I fix this without pulling on the mag?
