I am very alergic to second-hand tobacco smoke & have had it from days of a baby back in '30. It was not till the big drive on NO SMOKEING that I realized the above was he sole reason for my dagging headaches year in & year out.
While I do not have the mentioned powder I do have Unique, Green Dot, Blue Dot, Bullseye, Winchester 452AA, 231, Hodgins HP-38, SR 7625, 700X, 800X & others I have not looked up. No headaches & basically I am reloading two or three times each week for I am shooting twice a week INDOORS with h/guns.
Even with good ventilation, at our indoor range, they powder from .22, 9X19, 38Spl, & 45ACPs tend to come on you at the start.
Possibly you have a very sensitive smeller & yes I have a good one as well. Like I was loading some 45s into one of several mags when I noted the smell of Hoppe's Nine to one mag & thought why, but then realized when cleaning the 45 this morning a tiny swap, with cleaner fell onto said mag & I had not given it a good cleaning.
